Anthony Kersauson joined EDOTCO in April 2021 as a Director to lead Mergers & Acquisitions for the Group. He is responsible for both the origination and execution of all M&A transactions across EDOTCO’s footprint.
Anthony has been instrumental in driving key M&A projects for EDOTCO over the past 3 years, including 2 new market entries in the Philippines and Indonesia, 2 strategic acquisitions in Malaysia and several other potential transactions across EDOTCO’s 9 existing markets.
He has also led several highly strategic M&A / Corporate Finance projects including potential capital raising initiatives and portfolio optimization strategies covering potential new market entries and divestments.
Prior to moving to Kuala Lumpur to join EDOTCO, he spent 15 years in Investment Banking and M&A across London, Hong Kong and Singapore at Citigroup, Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays.
Anthony graduated from ESCP Europe, Paris with a MSc in Management and a Major in Finance (Summa Cum Laude).
