Alaister  Johnson is a TMT specialist based in Linklaters’ Singapore office. He is recognised in legal directories as a leading TMT lawyer. 

 

Alaister advises clients on a broad spectrum of technology transactions, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure deals. He also has extensive experience in the implementation of digital transformation programmes, including cloud computing, data driven projects, AI and blockchain. 

 

Within these large scale digi infrastructure projects, Alaister handles  complex contract negotiation and deal structuring. Alaister also advises on IT law as well as on contractual and regulatory issues related to data matters, digitalisation and cyber security.
