Niranjan is a partner and heads the firm’s global tech sector. He has been practising in the telecoms/tech industry for almost 30 years. 

 

Niranjan’s practice covers all corporate, commercial and regulatory aspects of technology, media and telecommunications law including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate governance. He advises on technology fundraising from early stage to pre-IPO investments and exit, technology joint ventures and non-technology sector clients acquiring digital assets.
