A first-generation entrepreneur, Sridhar Pinnapureddy has founded and built to scale several companies in the areas of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, internet services, green energy, and software development. These include:

•  CtrlS Datacenters, which today boasts of creating the world’s largest Rated-4 Datacenter footprint with 10 certified operational datacenters and 21 facilities under various stages of development, taking the overall capacity to 870 MW. CtrlS datacenters are used by over 20 of the Fortune 100 companies and most of the hyperscalers.
•  CtrlS Renewables, establishing a 140-MW solar energy plant in Maharashtra, India and several other projects in planning stage with a goal to create 100% green energy-powered DCs. * Cloud4C, a cloud managed services partner, with over 2000 employees, in 26 countries and 52 locations, with its headquarters in Singapore, serving over 100 of Fortune 500 companies.
• PioneerElabs - Sridhar started his entrepreneurial journey with Pioneer, a Category ‘A’ ISP with investments in fiber assets, broadband and enterprise internet services.

In addition, he has also acquired and manages Schnabel DC Consultants, which specializes in hyperscaler datacenter design and project management. He founded Iconic Designs, which invests in real estate assets. With over 200 innovations, he has received several accolades and recognitions both at national and international levels, for his unique leadership and environment-friendly initiatives. A staunch crusader of sustainability and green datacenters, Sridhar is aptly called ‘The Green Man of Indian Datacenter Industry’. An entrepreneur who always gives back to the entrepreneurial community, Sridhar is closely involved with TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), served as chapter president and chairperson for TiE Global Summit. He is also an active member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), CEO clubs, AmCham Singapore among other prestigious entrepreneur associations worldwide.

He also actively supports several social causes in healthcare and sports.
